Hey there, I'm Jessica...

I'm a pediatric dietitian, but also a mama. I have been in your exact shoes with my own daughter.

There is a lot of debate these days about the best way to introduce solids, in both the nutrition community and the general public. Spoon feeding, baby led weaning, which is best?

Remembering back to all those pediatrician appointments when I was running on no sleep and total life overwhelm I remember how hard it was to absorb much of the information the doctor was giving (and, I already knew the nutrition piece!)

If you are feeling confused and overwhelmed when it comes to starting your baby on solids, you are not alone. There is so much advice out there and I want to make sure you get the right information from the start.

I created this guide to make things simple. Because life as a parent is complicated enough.

I'm excited to start this amazing journey with you!

xx

Jessica
