Add salmon to a bowl, break apart, add salt, pepper and mix then set aside.
In a pot on the stove top, add beans, chili powder, onions, minced garlic, salsa. Cook 8-10 min. and remove from heat.
Scoop 1/4 cup of the bean mixture onto each tortilla, top with 2 oz. of the salmon. Roll tortillas and place in a baking sheet with ends of tortilla facing down.
Add cheese to the top of the tortillas.
Bake covered with foil for 15 min. and then uncovered for 10 min.
Serve with salsa, sliced avocado and cilantro. Add some chips and salasa, a green salad or other side dish of choice.
